I want you to be thrilled with your purchase, feel satisfied that you received high quality pieces, and know that you own one-of-a-kind Artisan jewelry.

I stand behind my work. I focus on putting out only the best quality workmanship and using the best quality materials, but mistakes do happen and things -occasionally- go wrong ;D

So, if for any reason, you are not happy with your jewelry purchase, please contact me and I’ll either repair, replace, exchange, or refund your purchase.

Payment

Maryland residents are responsible for 6% sales tax.


I accept paypal, google checkout, and money order.


If you have paid with an e-check or a money order your order will be processed after your payment has cleared.

Packaging

My jewelry is shipped in a small gift box inside a bubble mailer for protection.


Shipping

For custom orders, please allow 5 business days (from the day of a cleared payment) to process your order. You will receive a shipping notification from me when your jewelry is shipped.


U.S.A. BUYERS: I ship by USPS first class mail. Please contact me if you want to upgrade shipping to priority mail or overnight. Orders over $100 will be shipped via FedEx or USPS priority mail with insurance.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I ship worldwide with USPS first class international mail. I am not responsible for custom duties.

Refunds and Exchanges

A.W.E. jewelry is crafted carefully by hand with high-quality materials and carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, I’m happy to accept it for return or exchange in it's original, unused condition, less the cost of shipping.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must email me at info @ aweshop.com to obtain a return/exchange form. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email. Returns & exchanges are not accepted without prior approval by email.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the returned item must be received within 7 days of return request. Returns will receive a refund for the full cost of the item, not including shipping charges. After 10 days, but before 30 days, you may exchange your item only for another item or for store credit. Exchanges must be received within 37 days of original delivery date.   When exchanging, a store credit will be given in the event that there is a credit due.  After 30 days, exchanges are not accepted.  Gift certificates are non-returnable.

Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, slight variations in stone, textures, patina, and shape may occur. Be assured that the same creativity and workmanship go into every piece I make. Contact me if you have any specifics likes or dislikes, I’m more than happy to work with you.

Handmade

I try very hard to take realistic pictures. While I try my best to depict and describe the colors, please understand the colors you see may be vary slightly because of the settings of your monitor.

Colors

Custom orders require extra time and materials and are made to your specific direction and requirements. Therefore, any returns of these items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (except in the case of breakage). Please ask me if you have questions.


Please be sure of your ring size. Use the ring sizing guide to help. Wrap rings tend to slide around due to the top-heavy nature of them so sometimes people order a 1/2 size small. Thick band rings tend to fit a 1/2 size small, so sometimes people order 1/2 size larger. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.


What if It's the Wrong Size?

Don't worry if you've ordered the wrong size. Let me know within 30 days of shipment and you can just send the ring back to me, and I'll resize it for free. Please be aware that some rings are not resizable.

Custom Orders

Repairs

In the unlikely event your piece breaks, I will repair it free of charge (less shipping costs) within three months of date of purchase.  After that time, I may have to charge a small fee.  Please email me first to discuss the nature of the repair required.
